What we build

Where off-the-shelf software stops, we start.

Off-the-shelf software, classic automation tools and most agencies hit their limits at some point: at the special case, at the process landscape that grew over decades, at the interface nobody sells ready-made. That is exactly where we start.

We build custom solutions and connect them into a company operating system – the technical backbone that quotes, orders, production, invoicing and reporting actually run on. Every solution is built on the real process and stays in operation instead of ending as a pilot.

You build the custom solutions that actually run in our clients' day-to-day and connect them into the company operating system — from the ERP integration to the agent that drafts quotes.

  • Spec, generate and critically review solutions with AI tooling — instead of legacy tickets
  • Connect systems that were never meant to talk to each other: ERP, CRM, machine data, file shares — via APIs, JSON, n8n and Python
  • Test with the client, sharpen it, ship it — you see within days what your work moves

What you need: A computer science degree or a track record that shows you really understand software. And you spot when an AI-generated solution only works on paper.

Software Engineer — AI Applications (m/f/d)

Here the code takes centre stage: you build the applications that become our clients' technical backbone — web apps, interfaces, data pipelines. Custom-built, because off-the-shelf does not cover it.

  • Architecture solid enough for a company operating system: clean data models, interfaces, deployment — TypeScript, Python, databases, cloud
  • Read AI-generated code, question it and make it production-ready — tests, edge cases, operations
  • Fewer client meetings, more depth: you keep the solutions stable once they run in daily operations

What you need: Several years of software engineering behind you, a taste for clean architecture — and no hesitation about letting AI tools write the first draft.

AI Consultant & Project Lead (m/f/d)

You own client projects from the first analysis to live usage — until the client's company operating system carries their day-to-day. Workshops, conversations with decision-makers, implementation, with our engineering team behind you.

  • Run workshops and client calls: find the potential, build the business case, document the results
  • Turn grown-over-time processes into a target picture: what gets custom-built, where off-the-shelf is enough — then spec both and sign them off
  • Steer several client projects in parallel — until they work in everyday operations

What you need: Neither a pure consulting job nor a pure dev job: most of your time goes into clients and projects, but you need the technical depth to judge whether a solution will hold up.

Working Student Software Engineering (m/f/d)

You write code for real client projects, not practice exercises: features, interfaces, automations — building blocks that become part of the client's company operating system.

  • Build features and interfaces: TypeScript or Python, Git, APIs, a bit of cloud
  • Build prototypes with AI tooling and review the generated code critically
  • MacBook on day one, and we explicitly want to keep you after your studies

What you need: Computer science studies or similar, a few projects of your own in a language of your choice, and an appetite for code reviews from people who mean it.

Working Student AI, Consulting & Workshops (m/f/d)

Broad by design: you support custom client solutions, consulting work and workshops — from preparation to the client meeting to writing up the results.

  • Prepare client meetings and workshops, join them, document them
  • Map processes, research automation potential, build business cases
  • Get hands-on in delivery: set up AI workflows and check results against reality

What you need: Studies with an engineering or business focus, a confident presence with clients, curiosity about AI tooling — and you enjoy writing up clearly what came out of a meeting.

Short morning sync with the team, then deep work. AI is everywhere in the workflow – no tool waiting for approval. By evening, you know what you moved that day.

What happens after my contract ends (e.g. as a working student)?

If it fits both sides: we extend or move you to permanent. We want to keep people who pull with us – whether working student, intern, or full-time hire.
