The leisure park — high ropes, zipline and climbing wall — was run by a 4–5 person team, with the entire operation on paper.
In 8–12 weeks, SimplifieD Solutions delivered a bespoke web app: visitor registration with a video safety briefing, inspection documentation with defect tracking, and an integration with the booking system.
Four paper-based problems
Paper overload on consent forms
Every visitor filled out a multi-page form by hand. On peak days it was a massive drain on staff.
Verbal briefings as a bottleneck
A staff member had to run the safety briefing for every group, all day long — 10–20 minutes per group.
Inspections on paper
21 checkpoints across 3 levels daily, by hand, with a 10-year retention obligation — dozens of binders, no search.
No defect tracking
Defects were noted but not systematically tracked. No digital archive, no automatic notification.

Fully digital consent forms
Visitors fill in the form on their phone or a tablet — in advance from home or on site. Four variants to cover every scenario.
Replaces verbal briefings with video
A safety video is embedded in the form flow. Confirmation only unlocks once 90% watch time is reached — produce it once, reuse forever.
Digitises the daily safety inspection
21 checkpoints across 3 levels as a digital form with photo upload, instant notifications on defects, and a defect lifecycle through to “resolved”.
Shows the whole day at a glance
Live link to the booking system: who’s coming today? Consent form in? Video watched? Colour coding shows what’s still missing.
Archives everything seamlessly and GDPR-compliantly
Consent forms auto-deleted after 1 year, inspection records searchable for 10 years — without a single paper binder.
